**PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT TO RETURN ANY ITEM**

We reserve the right not to accept a return for any reason, but should you need to return, you will need to pay for shipping plus a restocking fee. 

• Return inquiries must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. 
• Item must be returned exactly as it was shipped to you. 
• Please let us know if your guitar or gear arrived damaged. 
• Please contact us to let us know why you need to return.
• Once item is returned and inspected, we will discuss your refund.
